We want you to love your MuscleGun. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 100-days of your original purchase date, you may return your purchase for a full refund less original shipping and Route Protection fees. All of our products are made with care and covered for 2-years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear do not qualify as defects. Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for return to be inspected and processed once received at our warehouse. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email [email protected] with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
